Contact us at our hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, we are always ready to answer any question you may have!

Management reserves the right to make changes and/or cancel the schedules due to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances outside their control after printing; especially for adverse snow and avalanche conditions and/or partial closure of the ski lifts. Offers cannot be combined.

BOOKINGS: Offline reservation will be confirmed through an advance payment of 30% of total stay through postal order or credit transfer to: Cassa Rurale di Pinzolo IBAN IT 22 C 08179 35261 000020156007. SWIFT CC RT IT 2T 48A

ARRIVALS: usually in the day of arrival rooms are available from 3:00 pm and a telephone call for the arrival after 8 pm will be appreciated. After 6:00 pm bookings without deposit will be cancelled, unless announced. Bookings with deposit are assured until 10:00 am of the day after.

DEPARTURES: In the departure day rooms must be vacated within 10:00 am. The management is at your disposal to agree on different arrival/departure hours, if possible.

CANCELLATIONS: 30 days prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be charged / from the 29th to the 15th day a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged/ from 14th to the 8th day a cancellation fee of 40% will be charged / from the 7th to the 4th day a cancellation fee of 60% will be charged / from the 3rd to the 01st day a cancellation fee of 80% will be charged / for cancellation made within 24 hours before check in a 100% cancellation fee will be charged on your credit card.

TREATMENT OF INFORMATION (Law December 31th 1996 nr 675)
According to the law 675/96, having received the information about the treating of my personal data, I authorize the hotel to send periodical/regular collection of illustrative about updating of quoted tariffs and offers. I furthermore authorize the hotel to give external communication about the data connected with my stay, for the only purpose of allowing the receipt of messages and telephone calls addressed to me.

The data controller is Hotel Bertelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by ERICSOFT SRL, Controller maintainer for booking and CRM services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it any time and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
